Day one complete…. didn’t exactly start off with a bang.
I caved….
I ate a WHOLE bunch of extra food because when i’m stressed, i eat.
And i was really stressed today about something going on recently to do with my friends.
AND i have a huge 4 page paper due tomorrow i’ve been putting off.
Still haven’t even started.
I ate and got disappointed instead. :/
Getting really discouraged right now…
